Amersham Outdoor Sports' customer service and support is available in person and by telephone during store opening hours - Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 5.30 p.m., 9 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. Friday. Email contact is available during and outside of these hours and is usually acknowledged within one working day.

It is our intention to allocate and maintain a balance of stock for both online and instore sales; however, all goods advertised for sale on Amersham Outdoor Sports' website are subject to availability. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will inform you by email or by telephone. If your selection shows as "Sold Out", please call the store where we will be able to advise on instore stock availability and process your order over the telephone.

Payment is accepted through PayPal, allowing safe and fast transactions via your PayPal account or via credit or debit card. Payments on credit card statements will appear as "PAYPAL*AMERSHAMOUT".

Delivery/postage costs are listed separately against individual items and are shown for the UK only. Please enquire regarding delivery/postage options outside of the UK.

Online orders and payments are confirmed via an email message, followed by despatch information.

Amersham Outdoor Sports will endeavour to despatch orders, on clearance of full payment, within two working days of receipt. Should there be any delay we will notify you accordingly.

Delivery options include Courier, Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day, Royal Mail First or Second Class Recorded Signed For™. Please specify a delivery address, if different to the billing address, where a signature can be obtained by the driver.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please return goods within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the value of the returned goods; any postage costs are not refundable.

All products must be returned to us unused and suitable for resale. (Please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned products and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and damage the products).

Returns can be made in person to the store or by post at the consumer's own expense. Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if possible). Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery™ . Please retain proof of postage as Amersham Outdoor Sports cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.

Amersham Outdoor Sports reserves the right to refuse the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our returns procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you.
